What happens next?
When you phone, a Personal Claims Adviser will take the details of the incident and the crime reference number, if you have one.Your policy cover will be reviewed.We will confirm the amount of any excess which may apply.If the damage to your car is covered, we can arrange for the work to becarried out by one of our recommended repairers (if available).If the car is a total loss we will arrange settlement.
